INTRO TO TUMBLING

Our Intro to Tumbling 6-week sessions offer the perfect high-energy start for beginners looking to build a rock-solid foundation. We focus on mastering fundamental skills like handstands, bridges, and cartwheels in an inclusive environment that prioritizes safety and proper technique. Over the course of six weeks, your athlete will gain the strength and confidence needed to progress while training alongside a supportive group of peers. It is a high-value, low-pressure way to join our gym community and start soaring.

WALKOVERS

Our Intro to Walkovers 6-week session is the bridge between basic tumbling and advanced power skills. We focus on the core strength and shoulder flexibility required to master both front and back walkovers with perfect form. Throughout the session, athletes receive high-value, technical coaching to transition from bridges and handstands to fluid, controlled movements. It is an inclusive, supportive environment designed to help every athlete gain the confidence and body awareness needed to flip to the next level.

BACK HANDSPRINGS

Our Back Handspring 6-week session is designed for athletes ready to transition from foundational tumbling to elite power. This session focuses on the explosive leg drive, strong snap-back, and core stability required to master a safe and powerful handspring. Our expert coaches provide high-value, technical drills in an inclusive environment, ensuring every athlete builds the necessary confidence and muscle memory to move beyond the spot. It is the perfect opportunity to perfect this milestone skill alongside a supportive group of peers.
